Sylvia Boddener is a Registered Occupational Therapist with deep expertise in work-related injury rehabilitation, hand and upper-extremity therapy, and cognitive/mental-health–informed OT practice. At ORIK, she delivers client-centred assessment and treatment within the WSIB Programs of Care and Specialty Rehabilitation Programs, helping individuals restore function, build confidence, and return to meaningful work and offers her hand therapy expertise for clients with hand and wrist conditions.
With more than 30 years of experience, including senior leadership and regulatory college volunteer roles, Sylvia brings advanced skills in functional assessment, return-to-work planning, and evidence-based rehabilitation. She is known for her clear communication, collaborative approach, and commitment to helping clients achieve sustainable recovery and improved daily performance.
