Originally from the South Shore, Sydney holds an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy – graduating from Eastern College, and an Honours of Distinction Diploma in Social Services, from NSCC. Sydney integrates a wide range of modalities into her practice and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every patient. She enjoys supporting individuals throughout their healing journeys—whether addressing everyday aches and pains, rehabilitating from motor vehicle or sports-related injuries, or providing space for rest and relaxation. Sydney takes a client-centered approach, tailoring each treatment to the unique needs and goals of her clients to help them feel supported, cared for, and confident in their recovery. She is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) and is the Team Clinical Lead – Massage here at MOVE!
