About Sydney
I am a graduate of Sutherland Chan, School of Massage Therapy, trained in Swedish Massage. I enjoy working with people to help them maintain a life full of activities they love. I have experience using a variety of additional techniques - cupping, hydrotherapy, myofascial release techniques, rhythmic techniques and both deep and superficial tissue techniques. I have worked in both clinical and spa environments to be able to offer therapeutic, relaxation and sports massage experiences.
I have always had a passion for injury rehabilitation, pain management through movement and overall physical health. I graduated with Honours from the University of Waterloo with both a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitative Sciences, and a Masters of Science in Kinesiology. Whatever your lifestyle is, I am here to help you keep doing them.
In my free time, I enjoy the martial art of Muay Thai, horseback riding, reading and working with dogs."
