Sweta is passionate about working with the pelvic health population. Throughout her career as a physiotherapist, she has gained diverse experience in both private clinics and rehabilitation hospitals, treating a wide range of conditions from orthopedic injuries to stroke and brain injuries. A lifelong learner, Sweta is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to better support her clients with the most current, evidence-based care. She takes a biopsychosocial approach to treatment, recognizing the importance of addressing not only physical symptoms but also the emotional and lifestyle factors that impact overall well-being. Her interests in women’s health, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are thoughtfully integrated into her practice. Sweta’s passion for pelvic health deepened through her own experience with pelvic pain. After seeking pelvic health physiotherapy herself, she gained firsthand insight into the profound impact this care can have—strengthening her commitment to supporting others through similar journeys. She strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care. Sweta is dedicated to helping individuals feel strong, comfortable, and in control of their health—both in the short and long term. Outside of the clinic, you can find Sweta playing pickleball, tending to her indoor plant collection, or exploring new destinations through travel.
