Suzanne Serfaty is the proud owner of The WOMB Vaughan, a dynamic multidisciplinary integrative health and wellness centre specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. As a Personal Trainer with a passion for women's health, Suzanne primarily works with pregnant and postpartum women, empowering them to regain strength, confidence, and overall wellness during these transformative stages of life. She is a Bellies Inc. Advanced Core Confidence Specialist, where she helps women reconnect with their pelvic floor through tailored exercises, addressing common postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence. In addition to her extensive training in women's health, Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a certified Holistic Nutritionist through the Edison Institute of Nutrition. She is also a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with Canfitpro, and a Dance Teacher with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing. Suzanne's passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum began in 2013, when she became pregnant with her daughter, Abby. Surprised by the lack of accessible resources and prenatal classes at the time, she became determined to fill this gap and provide expert care for women navigating this life stage. Today, Suzanne is a proud mother of two beautiful girls, Abby and Chelsea, and enjoys spending quality time with them and her husband, Josef. When she’s not helping women thrive, Suzanne loves exploring her creative side through cooking and baking (especially vegetarian dishes), practicing yoga, dancing, traveling, and indulging in her love of musical theatre. Suzanne’s holistic approach to health, combined with her personal experience and professional expertise, allows her to offer truly transformative care to women and families.
