About Susan
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have experience working with adults in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, traumatic grief and loss, and a variety of other life transitional issues. I believe that therapy should fit the person, that is why I make it my goal to collaborate with clients and work with them based on their culture, beliefs, values as well as my clinical judgement.
I practice a client-centered style using many approaches such as IFS, EMDR, CBT, and DBT. Having a variety of approaches allows me to chose from a combination of models best suited to each individual client.
