About Sukhman

Sukhman is a Physiotherapist proudly providing client-centred physiotherapy care to patients across Downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). She offers services in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, making quality care accessible to Toronto’s diverse communities. Her passion for physiotherapy began through her own rehabilitation journey following knee surgery. Working closely with a physiotherapist inspired her to enter the profession and help others return to the activities they love. Sukhman completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2023, followed by her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster in 2025. Most recently, she completed her Level 1 certification in NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) — an advanced approach used to assess and correct dysfunctional movement patterns, helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and reduce pain. Sukhman takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to care, blending targeted manual therapy techniques with individualized exercise programs. Drawing from her background as a lifelong athlete and competitive powerlifter, she emphasizes movement as a core pillar of recovery. Whether you live or work in Toronto, the surrounding neighbourhoods, or elsewhere in the GTA, Sukhman is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve real, lasting results.
