Sue is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing for over 16 years, specializing in anxiety, depression, infertility, and parenting stress. She also enjoys working with parents whose children might be struggling with anxiety. As you are aware, anxiety and depression can lead to physical health problems. Anxiety has really peaked in the past few years and she would like the opportunity to help support those that are struggling. She offers a supportive and safe space for individuals to explore and define ways to live fuller and happier lives. Sue uses evidence-based treatment approaches with my clients, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy.
