Steven is a Kinesiologist at Peak Vitality Healthcare with over two years of experience helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, function, and overall quality of life. He graduated from Camosun College in 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Steven works with a diverse range of clients, including seniors, athletes, ICBC clients, and members of the general population. He is passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy and supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves. Through individualized exercise programming and evidence-based practice, he helps clients build confidence, improve function, and work toward their health and fitness goals. Outside of the clinic, Steven has been playing soccer since the age of 10 and has a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. He enjoys staying active through soccer, tennis, basketball, and other outdoor activities. When he's not exercising, he can often be found watching soccer, basketball, or hockey. His personal passion for movement and athletics helps him connect with clients and inspire them throughout their rehabilitation and fitness journey.
