Drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness, Steven tailors his approach to meet the specific needs of each individual, empowering them to create meaningful and positive changes in their lives. Steven specializes in helping clients make sense of their life stories, unpack deep-seated emotions, and set realistic, achievable goals. Whether it's navigating complex relationships, overcoming personal struggles, or building resilience, Steven offers a supportive and understanding environment where clients can work through their challenges with confidence. Outside of his private practice, Steven works with at-risk youth in a school counselling setting, which deepens his understanding of the complexities individuals face in dynamic environments. He is committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their own healing journey. Steven holds a master’s degree in counselling and believes that a strong, trusting relationship is key to successful therapy.
