Stephen is a warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth Counselling Intern at Tranquillium Holistic Therapy & Wellness. He works primarily with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, spirituality, and those moments in life where you simply feel stuck or unsure of what comes next. Stephen's style is calm, curious, and relational—he listens first, asks thoughtful questions, and helps clients slow things down enough to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their lives. With over 10 years of experience in pastoral care and chaplaincy, Stephen is also comfortable making space for conversations about faith, spirituality, meaning, and values when they are important to you. His goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, less alone, and a little more confident about the next step forward.
