Paying particular attention to calming the nervous system, Stesha uses evidence based practice with a goal of reducing pain. With a background in social work, Stesha recognizes the complex relationship between stress and pain. This can bring about insight and opportunities for patients to feel heard, supported and encouraged towards their unique healthcare goals. Stesha spends her free time frolicking in nature, getting up to mountains as often as she can.
