About Stephen

Stephen graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies program in January 2020. He is trained in multiple aspects of massage therapy including Swedish massage, mobilization techniques and deep tissue. He has also taken additional workshops in Aromatherapy and Fascial Integration. He uses a combination of osteopathic based assessment and range of motion to narrow the cause of dysfunctions. Whether it is for pain or stress relief, his goal is to work alongside you to provide a treatment plan to help you reach your full potential. In the future, he hopes to further his knowledge by taking workshops that would benefit his clients and add to his skillset. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing board games and doing escape rooms with friends, and listening to music.
