About Stephen

I am accepting new clients. Life can feel complicated, uncertain, or heavy at times — whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or transitions that leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of your next step. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I offer a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can safely explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns without judgment. My work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment-focused exploration to help you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply. I support individuals and couples in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and developing tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and clarity. Together, we’ll work toward self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful, lasting change — at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is about creating space for growth, healing, and connection. You don’t have to have everything figured out; you just need a place to start. LGBTQ+ affirming. Welcoming individuals and couples aged 16 and older.
