I'm Steph (she/her) and I'm happy and grateful you have found me! Entering into therapy can be a daunting, vulnerable and scary experience. Finding a safe and supportive relationship with someone you want to spend time with is necessary to grow, change and heal. I embody genuine, honest, authentic, humourous, non-judgmental connection, holding space to explore, practice and take risks within the safety of our relationship.
