About Stephanie

Stephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist with over nine years of experience supporting adults navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and provides a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can feel supported in exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change. Stephanie specializes in trauma therapy and has extensive experience supporting individuals affected by childhood abuse, unhealthy relationships, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and other overwhelming life experiences. She understands that trauma can impact both the mind and body, often showing up as anxiety, depression, difficulty trusting others, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and persistent stress responses. Her approach is client centered, trauma informed, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Stephanie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates a variety of evidence based approaches into her work, including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Clients often describe Stephanie as warm, approachable, and easy to connect with. She is passionate about helping individuals develop greater self awareness, process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and build a more connected relationship with themselves.
