Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward? I help adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and trauma with compassion, clarity, and collaboration.
You may be doing your best to cope, but still find yourself weighed down by stress, emotional pain, or disconnection from others, or even from yourself. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, or healing from trauma, you deserve support that honors your story and your strengths.
Therapy can be a space to rediscover your resilience and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and empowered.
I'm a Clinical Social Worker registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers, offering trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care for adults (18+) of all identities and experiences—including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. With a background in Human Services and over 15 years in mental health (including frontline and outreach roles), I’ve focused clinically since 2016 on helping individuals move through anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress toward a richer, more intentional life.
My approach is collaborative, radically genuine, and strengths-based.
For some clients, our work begins by establishing safety and stabilization. For others, it may involve identifying values, building new coping strategies, or navigating systemic and relational barriers. We’ll tailor your therapy journey using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, PE, CPT, and mindfulness-based interventions, depending on your goals and preferences.
EXPERIENCE: I hold undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies, as well as undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Social Work. My clinical practice integrates over a decade of hands-on experience with specialized training in trauma recovery, emotion regulation, and empowerment-based interventions.
