About Stephanie
Stephanie is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and Somatic Experiencing®
Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in body-based trauma work and nervous system regulation.
Her approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, somatic touch, and transpersonal counselling
to support clients in developing a safer and more attuned relationship with their internal world.
She works from the understanding that the body carries its own story—often long before we
have words for our experiences. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” her work invites
compassionate attention to the body’s signals, sensations, and protective patterns, helping
clients rebuild trust in their natural capacity for regulation and connection.
Her practice draws from attachment theory, parts work, mindfulness and trauma-informed
principles to create a grounded, supportive environment where clients can explore at a pace
that feels right for them. Her intention is to foster greater safety, presence, and self-connection
through the therapeutic process.
