About Stephanie
I am committed to providing a safe space and meeting you where you are; working collaboratively with you, as a partner. I believe that you are the expert of your experiences and will highlight your strengths and the skills and tools that have been successful for you.
As a paramedic with military-related service and three decades of educational leadership experience, I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based, Person-Centered approach to make connections with your lived experiences and your nervous system, and an eclectic combination of interventions that resonate with you.
Together, we’ll help you name your distress, identify your triggers, and create strategies to move you toward change that you design, at a pace that is manageable for you.
Courage means moving forward despite fear and uncertainty. If you are ready to take the first steps, I am ready to walk beside you on your journey.
