As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I’m all about creating a safe space where you can truly connect, heal, and grow. I’m passionate about helping people, whether that’s through listening, working together, or exploring the challenges of human experiences.
Navigating life as a young adult, especially during big transitions in school or work, can feel overwhelming at times. It’s totally normal to face moments of self-doubt, stress, or burnout along the way. I’m here to help you work through those tough moments and support you in building confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
I believe in working together with you to find solutions that truly fit your life. I believe that client’s are the experts in their own story, so I’ll listen closely to your experiences and help you set meaningful goals that feel right for you. My ultimate goal is to create a space where you can be yourself—no judgment, just genuine connection. My approach is warm, caring, and all about building trust as you move forward.
On a personal note, I love exploring hiking trails, trying new coffee shops, or hanging out with friends and family. I also really enjoy cooking, getting lost in a good podcast, or planning a trip!
