About Stacey

I approach my work from a place of lived experience. I take a relational and authentic approach to therapy, focusing on building the relationship and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to open up. My style uses humour, gentle challenging, and practical insight and tools to encourage change (however that looks for you). I understand the unique challenges of living with chronic illness, and the stressors associated with living within the 2SLGBTQ+ community. These aren't things you have to navigate alone - everyone needs a little extra support sometimes. Book a FREE 20 min consult to see if we're the right fit!
