“I started working with Alleviate Massage staff with a laundry list of injuries, ailments and a beaten body from years of professional sport. Sonya is extremely thorough in gaining an understanding of each issue, explaining a repair program and executing using a variety of techniques with great success including regaining and improving shoulder mobility, pain free from years of rotator cuff issues as well as range of motion work and regaining feeling back into knees beaten by repair surgeries. I also explored FST (Fascia Stretch Therapy) with Lindsay who runs through the same processes and at the same level to understand cause and gain results with fantastic success. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and focused on making you better. I would rate 10 stars out 5 if I could!”

“How can I even say this, Allieviate Massage is by far one of the BEST massage therapy practise I’ve ever been to. I’ve been following Sonya for awhile. She has muscle therapy magic, I even tell her, as soon as I book an appointment, my muscles already start to feel better knowing it’s getting some attention. I have also seen Alicia, and Lindsay and they are just as amazing. The past year I moved to northern Yukon and believe me, when I’m visiting home, I book in as many sessions as I can and they are able to accommodate every single time. This place is a must if your muscles are screaming. They truly listen and tender to every concern you have and bonus, they will give you home exercise to maintain the muscle health. The place is clean, relaxing and professional. I can’t wait for my next appointment when I get the chance to be home again.”
