About Sophie
Sophie is a Registered Massage Therapist and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Oxford College and holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful approach, Sophie creates a supportive space that encourages both recovery and relaxation. Her treatments combine deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, lymphatic drainage, and cupping to relieve tension, improve mobility, and restore balance.
She has a special interest in how posture and movement patterns affect comfort and performance, helping clients move with greater ease and awareness. Sophie believes that mindful adjustments and small, consistent changes can make a meaningful difference in how people feel every day.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys strength training, playing tennis, and exploring healthy cooking.
