About Sophie
With 20 years of experience, Sophie's massage treatments use a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release, neuromuscular and Swedish techniques in order to achieve results quickly. She specializes in deep tissue massage, sports or injury rehabilitation, pregnancy massage and relaxation massage.
Sophie will not only treat the specific areas of concern or injury, but also address the body as a whole, to remedy the source of the dysfunction and prevent the issue from returning.
Through her extensive experience and training Sophie is able to offer treatment that is client specific, effective and results oriented. She is passionate about helping clients live strong and healthy lives and looks forward to helping you.
