I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #20554) and certified Art Therapist, offering counselling and art therapy services across the Lower Mainland and online.
Within the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to acknowledge, explore, and maybe challenge, some deeper emotions, beliefs, or patterns. In working together, you can expect a collaborative and client-centered approach to navigating and exploring how thoughts, feelings, and experiences inform how we show up to and interact with the world around us.
I am passionate about working with teens, adults, and families through big life changes and challenges such as early childhood experiences, grief and loss, burnout, anxiety, critical illness, family dysfunction, relationships, and trauma. I work from a trauma-informed, relational, and anti-oppressive lens, and draw upon a strength-based approach to foster further client autonomy.
Currently, my work includes private practice serving youth (13+) and adults, as well as consulting services offering workshops and trainings.
