About Sophia
Sophia is a passionate massage therapist with a precise and intuitive approach, skilled at identifying tension that often goes unnoticed. Her treatments blend the science of anatomy with the art of massage, helping clients release restrictions, restore balance, and move with greater ease.
She holds a BA (Specialized Honours) in Kinesiology from York University and a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Sophia also incorporates Contemporary Acupuncture to reinforce neuromuscular connections and support longer-lasting results.
Sophia works with a diverse range of clients — from youth athletes and weekend warriors to active adults and moms at every stage of motherhood — addressing headaches, TMJ dysfunction, hip pain, and applying her own style of lymphatic drainage. Her goal is to support performance, rehabilitation, and everyday movement so clients feel lighter, freer, and more aligned.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, camping, and embracing the energy of motherhood while keeping up with her kids.
