Sophia completed a two-year program at Vancouver Career College, successfully passed the board exams to become Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
She is committed to helping individuals enhance their quality of life by providing effective relief from pain and physical discomfort through personalized, evidence-informed massage therapy.
Sophia has a particular interest in deep tissue massage techniques for treating areas such as the neck, back, legs, and hips. Her approach is tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on long-term wellness and mobility.
Outside of Sophia’s practice, she enjoys baking, staying active, and relaxing with a good show. She values a healthy work-life balance and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
