I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology.
I have experience supporting individuals facing trauma, addiction, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and FLASH therapy, I provide personalized counselling tailored to each client’s needs. I also work with children with autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, epilepsy, delayed development, and neurological conditions, using behavioral therapy to help them build essential life skills. With a holistic and spiritual approach to mental health, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and guided toward healing and resilience.
