About Sohilah
I’ve been drawn to the world of counselling for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been deeply curious about people’s inner worlds: their stories, their pain, their resilience, and the way they make sense of the world we share. Growing up between cultures and constantly navigating questions of identity and belonging shaped my sensitivity to emotional complexity and relational dynamics. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone finally feels truly seen, understood, and safe enough to explore parts of themselves they’ve long hidden or judged. Counselling, to me, is not just a profession, it truly is a calling rooted in connection, compassion, and the belief that healing happens in relationship. Being part of someone’s journey toward clarity, self-trust, and emotional safety is what continues to inspire me everyday.
