Hello, I am Nancy, a registered massage therapist (RMT)
I graduated from a 2,200-hour massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria
As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works. Massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, calm the nervous system and ease the pain. I am passionate about creating a safe, relaxed treatment space to help people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.
Currently, I'm self-employed and enjoy working with a variety of clients. I use massage techniques such as general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and pin & stretch to promote relaxation and facilitate therapeutic change. My treatment style is slow and adjusts the pressure to meet clients' preferences and focus on individual health and needs to reach their therapeutic goals.
In addition to massage therapy, I have a background in Traditional Thai massage.
When I am not working, I enjoy photography, kiteboarding, gardening, and cooking.
