About Simran

I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2018, followed by my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020. During my clinical placement, I have had an opportunity to assess and treat various orthopedic injuries with a population that includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. I believe in treating a patient as a whole and in an empathetic manner. By utilizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, exercise, and education, I hope to optimize a patient’s wellbeing and performance. In my spare time, I like to get outside to hike, bike, and skate to maintain an active lifestyle! I also love to bake healthy – and not so healthy – treats.
