Personal Story:
I became a Registered Massage Therapist because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel better in their bodies. Through my background as a competitive dancer and powerlifter, I've come to truly appreciate the importance of high-quality movement, injury prevention, and the power of hands-on care. That experience drives my passion for supporting others in reaching their physical goals and improving their overall well-being.

My practice is all about you. I take a client-centered, evidence-informed approach that focuses on your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with an injury, looking to prevent one, or simply wanting to feel your best day-to-day, we will work together to create a plan that fits.
Techniques
• Relaxation Massage to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep rest
• Myofascial Release, including IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), to address fascial restrictions, improve mobility, and reduce chronic tension
• Deep Tissue Massage to target deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to relieve persistent tension and improve function
• Joint Mobilization Techniques to gently improve joint mobility, decrease stiffness, and support pain-free movement
• Muscle Energy Techniques using guided, active movements to increase flexibility and restore balance in joints and muscles
