Simon is a graduate of Mount Royal University (2016) and a Sport Massage Candidate with the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA).
Although born in Quebec, he has grown up entirely in Calgary. He comes from a rich athletic background. Competitively pursuing diving, triathlons, American football, rugby, track & field and enjoying plenty of winter sports in his free time.
He treats a wide range of patients—from everyday individuals managing pain and injury to elite athletes competing at national and international levels.
His experience includes supporting the University of Calgary Dinos Track & Field Team at their 2024 CanWest and U SPORTS Championships, Team Canada at the 2024 World Masters Athletics Championship in Sweden and the 2025 NCCWA Championship in Mexico.
Simon enjoys team based initiatives designed to address neuromuscular efficiency, persistent dysfunction and complex chronic pain.
He is a certified Motion Specific Release (MSR) and Shockwave practitioner, and integrates these modalities to constantly innovate unique approaches blended with effective pressure, heat/cold, Swedish style massage, IASTM, PNF stretching, trigger point release, nerve gliding, psychosomatic mindfulness and positional release.
Whether your goals are well-being, reducing pain, restoring function or enhancing performance, no treatment is ever the same. Each treatment will be tailored to that individual to hold space for their healing.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys building a lifestyle that supports SimonTheRMT through ongoing growth in fitness, writing, and language learning. He values a balanced lifestyle grounded in curiosity, discipline, and exploration.
