Silvia graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver in 2000. Her
experiences have led her to work with various professional athletes and their organizations,
and treat a variety of conditions including acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, migraine
headaches, neurological disorders, and stress management. Her modalities include myofascial
release, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, and swedish
massage.
Silvia takes a whole body approach to treatment and strives to look beyond the symptoms to
find the underlying cause of the patient’s complaint. She takes a special interest in treating
young athletes to help them achieve their optimal level of play, as well as adult athletes to keep
them in their game for as long as possible. Silvia was also a certified Doula and has extensive
experience and enjoys treating pre and post natal patients.
