She is also deeply invested in supporting clients navigating immigration stressors, cultural identity, and intergenerational dynamics. Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, Siddra is committed to making therapy accessible and meaningful for diverse communities. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and play and art-based interventions when appropriate. She values creating a grounded, supportive space that honours the mind–body–spirit connection, allowing clients to engage in deep, sustainable change.
