About Shota
Shota holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology. His empathetic listening and thoughtful attention allow him to create treatment plans that align with his patients' passions and goals. With his upbeat and enthusiastic energy, Shota helps his patients feel at ease, empowering them to overcome limitations and strive for continuous improvement.
Shota has a special interest in working with mountain sport and endurance athletes, knee injuries, and guiding patients toward their performance goals. His background as a trainer and his own experience as an endurance athlete have shaped his approach to bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance.
