Additionally, she is a fascial stretch therapist (FST), who incorporates, A.R.T (active release techniques), laser and redlight to support her clients fully and holistically. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics corroborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Doctors, Doctors of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Pilates Therapists, Pedorthists, and other Registered Massage Therapists. Shirley is a full-body certified provider of Active Release Techniques, A.R.T. Biomechanics, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and Low Level Laser Therapy.
