About Shirley
Shirley completed her Hon. Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Physiology at McMaster University. There, her studies revolved around both biology, kinesiology, and biochemistry courses. These allowed her to analyze the various aspects of the body from the biochemical and metabolic processes occurring at the cellular level, up to the biomechanical movements happening at the whole-body level.
Shirley completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2021. During her study, her passion was ignited by examining dysfunctional neuromusculoskeletal patterns and using it to address maladaptive movement/coordination ailments, gait rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions.
