Sheryl’s journey into bodywork is fuelled by her life at home. As a mother of four active children, she knows first-hand how essential self-care and recovery are for a busy body and mind. When she is away from the clinic, she can be found at a soccer game or cheer competition with her children. If she is absent from all those, you can find her relaxing on the couch watching her favourite shows with her family and her dog, which reminds her of the importance of daily connection and comfort.
