Sherry is currently in her 3rd year of Phytotherapy studies. Her specialties are pre and postnatal health, metabolic disease, hormone balance, skin issues and digestive concerns.
Sherry's back round also includes being a natural skin care aesthetician and a holistic nutritionist.
Sherry holds dual certifications as a Holistic Nutritionist, graduating with honours from both the Edison Institute of Nutrition (2006) and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2009) - where she was formally an instructor for 8 years. Sherry is also a certified Holistic Doula (The Matrona, 2005), a GAPS (gut & psychology) Practitioner (2010) and a Bio-Individuality Coach™ (2024). She also has specialized training in Ayurvedic & TCM Nutrition and Medical Astrology (2024).
