Sherri is a graduate of The West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Since entering practice in 1996, she has complemented her training with in depth studies in yoga therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and cranial sacral therapy. She has been able to create a personal style which blends her experience in sports and movement with her knowledge of the human body. Treatments with Sherri reflect her understanding that the body’s structure is interconnected. Changing circumstances force the body to continually adapt both mentally and physically. It's through this adaptation that restriction of tissues are formed, leading to limitations or painful movement.
Through assessment of all of the body's structures, treatment and patient education, the body can begin to unlock, unwind, and heal itself. Bringing back the state of balance and harmony.
