Hi, my name is Sherisse.
I am a certified Reiki practitioner dedicated to supporting healing and balance through energy work. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to each session, creating space for the nervous system to settle and gently return to balance. Trained in the Usui tradition of Reiki, I blend intuitive guidance with gentle technique to help release stress, restore energetic flow, and reconnect clients with a deeper sense of calm and well-being.
I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. I believe that everyone carries an innate capacity to heal, and I feel honoured to walk alongside my clients on their journeys, holding space with care and intention.
