Shenese is a oxford college graduate with a heartfelt commitment to enhancing well-being, she began her healthcare journey in the dental field as a dental assistant before embracing on a holistic approach to pain management and mobility.
Drawing on 4 years of massage therapy experience and certification in cupping and trigger point therapy, Shenese supports athletes in alleviating pain, promoting safe mobility and flexibility.
Shenese has a daughter in cheer and sees the demand that this spot takes on the young athletes body and is excited to work with all athletes to help optimize their performance in Cheerleading.
