Please note that Shelley needs the full 80 minutes in the first session to complete assessment in order to give a complete, accurate, and genuine therapeutic outline and treatment plan. You can plan to leave the first session with a solid treatment plan, and homework towards your specific goals. If you have any questions you want to ask directly, you are welcome to call her at 604-780-8839 . If you are ready to book your first session, please choose” individual intake session” when you proceed on the Jane site to get the full assessment time ( 80 minutes). All resuming sessions are 70 minutes. If you are a parent please contact Shelley before booking. Please note that if you are using insurance you do pay out of pocket then submit your receipts to your insurance provider as she does not deal with insurance directly.
