She recently decided to make the move to become a massage therapist after witnessing several of her colleagues step away from the health care profession when they became physically and mentally injured after suffering from burn out. Her passion is to provide patient centred care at all stages of life with focus on pregnancy and post natal, care givers and athletes alike. Shelley is an avid marathoner and ultra marathoner having completed a dozen marathons since 2016. She is a lifelong resident of Ottawa and now resides in Ashton. She is extremely passionate about holistic health care and the benefits massage therapy can provide for all of us.
