About Shelby
Shelby’s passion for massage therapy comes from her life long love of science and her desire to help others. Her thorough understanding of the human body allows her to assess and treat a wide variety of conditions confidently and effectively.
Shelby’s treatment style is very direct. She typically uses trigger point release, active and passive pin and stretch, low grade joint mobilization, and Swedish massage techniques in her treatments. She is known for her use of deep pressure, however, she can adjust to meet each individual patient’s needs.
When Shelby isn’t practicing massage, she can be found spending her time horseback riding and hiking with her dog.
