Shelby graduated from CDI College South Surrey in November 2022. Originally from the East Coast, she has a background in healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant and in fitness and gym environments. Her passion lies in helping individuals feel their best by supporting them through every stage of recovery, whether from systemic conditions or sports-related injuries.
Shelby takes a personalized, hands-on approach to treatment, using a combination of Swedish, manual, and active techniques. Her modalities include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, neuromuscular facilitation, remedial exercise, and client education. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to help clients reach their goals, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
