About Shelby
Shelby is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac), certified through the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She graduated with honours from the acupuncture program at Georgian College. Her practice is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, while remaining informed by current evidence-based research — offering patients care that honours centuries of tradition alongside modern clinical understanding.
In addition to acupuncture, Shelby incorporates a range of TCM modalities into her treatments, including tui na, cupping, and gua sha, tailoring each session to the individual needs of her patients.
Shelby’s treatment focus includes women’s health, pain relief, stress/anxiety, and digestive health. She takes a whole-person approach to care, working with each patient to understand the root cause of their concerns rather than just addressing symptoms.
Outside the clinic, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her pup Otis — hiking, camping, or reading a good book.
