About Sheila

Sheila has been treating people from all walks of life since 2016, where she graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy and completed the 2200 hour program. Sheila was born and raised in Calgary, has been married for 38 years and has 3 grown children and two grand children. While Sheila's children were growing up, Sheila was a foster parent and had an abundance of compassion and patience to those in need of love and a stable secure home. During those years Sheila received a Diploma in Counselling. Sheila has worked in the disability field where she obtained a Diploma in Disability Studies. Sheila has been specifically trained to work with those most fragile, a person with a disability, elderly, and those struggling Lymphedema. Sheila has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. Using a holistic approach to her work. Sheila full attends to each of the clients needs, beautifully interweaving clear presence with practiced skills. Sheila's passion is working with the whole body, bringing it back into balance. In Sheila's tool box is Oncology Massage, Aromatherapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Foot Reflexology, and a Certification Lymphedema Treatment Lymphatic Drainge Therapy working directly with those suffering from Lymphedema and Lipedema. Brain and recently Lymphatic Drainage Therapy Advanced. Duing the past 8 years, Sheila has seen many results with Massage as well as the other modalities she offers. Sheila is always striving to find new ways and new courses to improve her treatments and to help those in need.
