Because so many of our emotional wounds are created in the context of early relationships with others, it makes sense to me that the genuineness, attunement, unconditional love, and healthy boundaries modeled within the therapeutic relationship can be so healing later in life. I take great pleasure in providing people with these potentially “missed experiences”, because the world is simply a brighter place when we feel seen, heard, understood, and SAFE. With your permission, I will challenge you, and we will courageously delve into the heart of certain matters. Together, we’ll work to align the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of your being to foster a greater sense of wholeness. You’ve maybe come to understand just how flawed we humans are, but did you also know that we’re deeply hardwired for connection? That’s exactly why being a therapist brings me so much joy! I’m so grateful that I get to spend my days connecting with people (hopefully you!) in meaningful ways, as a trusted companion on their journeys of healing and personal growth. There isn’t any wearisome or awkward small-talk on my agenda; instead, I aim to make the most of every moment together. Oh, and don’t worry if your hope is in limited supply right now.
